Dialogues

G-Youth regularly conducts dialogue sessions with youth.

From the initial assessment phase to the development of new activities, G-Youth engages with youth every step of the way.  G-Youth staff have conducted a youth mapping exercise and focus group discussions to better understand the challenges faced by local youth in order to best shape the program.  Primary concerns of local youth include access to job opportunities, access to education and bursaries and the levels of poverty and corruption they witness.  Dialogues with youth in all of the different villages in Garissa municipality allow the project to increase awareness of G-Youth activities.
